Step 1 - The Decision Session

For most families, it was never really a decision. It was a sweep.
This session is how you make it a decision.
Someone has recommended a residential program, a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness placement, a new psychiatric diagnosis, or a significant medication change for your child. Before you sign anything, there is one conversation you need to have.

If the session recommends parent treatment, know the true shape of that commitment now: a defined crisis block first, and for most families, ongoing weekly work after it. Nothing about this path is designed to be quick — it is designed to be honest.
Education consultants charge $5,000–$10,000 a month to help families find the right program. This session charges $850 to help families answer the question that comes before that one.
Step 2 - The Parent Treatment Program
STEP 2 · IF THE SESSION RECOMMENDS PARENT TREATMENT
Your child will come home.
The question is whether you will be ready.
Working with Dr. Drucker is not choosing between treatment and no treatment. It is choosing to put yourself in treatment instead of putting your child in treatment — with a better clinical prognosis, and without the cascade of damage that institutionalizing a child causes.

AFTER THE BLOCK — IN PRACTICE
The ninety days resolve the crisis. They do not finish the work. Most families continue in weekly sessions after the block ends — not because something went wrong, but because this is the point at which the real work becomes possible. That phase is called In Practice.
In Practice is weekly parent coaching at $500 per session, booked as needed, with no fixed block, no package, and no defined end date. Families continue for as long as the work is useful and stop when it is not. It follows the crisis block and is introduced by Dr. Drucker inside the clinical relationship — it is not independently bookable.
