Dr. Baila Drucker is a Doctor of Social Work with more than fifteen years of clinical practice in trauma, addiction, and family systems. She spent the early years of her career working inside the residential treatment and therapeutic boarding school industry, observing a pattern that would eventually compel her to leave: families arriving at life-altering decisions in 72-hour windows, under acute stress, advised by professionals whose financial interests were aligned with placement, and without a single voice in the room whose only job was to tell them the complete truth.

She founded Loving Leadership Academy on a clinical conviction: that the parent — not the child — is the primary lever for family change, and that restoring parental authority produces better long-term outcomes than any intervention directed at the adolescent in isolation.

The framework serves parents of children ages 8 through young adulthood — including parents of older teens and emerging adults, for whom the work centers on creating the conditions for growth and getting out of the way.
